How to start your adventure with sport?

Hello alll !
I thought that would be something good to start with.
First of all, you have to find the sport that you fully  enjoy, because it is not about forcing yourself to do the workout, it is about enjoying that what you are doing, like with everything else in life.
The best way to do that? Well, the only way to do that, is just give a few sports good try, and not give up after first time. Begenings are always the hardest.
I am not going to lie, it's going to hurt at first, your whole body will be aching after first good workout, but as you start getting stronger, the pain will start to dissapear. And you will be proud of yourself, imagine how proud you are going to be when you'll relize that now your body is able to do something what you couldn't even think of few weeks ago?
So, after you will decide what sport is best for you, get start with it, but do not over do things, because that is the easiest way to hurt yourself and to get tried of it very quick. That is normall we are just people, no one likes pain. Start easily , you will get there.
Set yourself a rutine, decide how often you are going to exercise and for how long, also good idea is to set a time because it is just lot easier to manage, but I do understand that it is not always possible.
Try to not miss a workout, but even if you do , do not stop just get back to the rutime as fast as possible.
After your body get used to exercising, you are going to feel great after every single workout !
